We accept reservations up to 6 months ahead. Weekends in spring and summer book up fast, so the earlier you reserve, the better your chances of getting your first-choice date and time.

Yes. A $100 deposit secures your date and time for the standard 2-hour party. If you add extra hours, the deposit is 30% of your total. The remaining balance is charged automatically 24 hours before your event.

Our Game Truck Party is $499.99 for 2 hours and fits up to 25 players. Want more game time? Add as many extra hours as you like at $150 per hour. Texas sales tax (8.25%) applies.

No — your full rental time is all play. We arrive early to set everything up and we stay until the party ends, so the clock only starts when the gaming does.

Our gaming theater is about 32 ft long and needs roughly 3 parking spaces on a reasonably level surface. A driveway, a street spot, or a parking lot all work great.

Nothing at all. The truck is fully self-contained with its own onboard generator — we never connect to your home or venue's power. We bring everything; you just provide a level place to park.

Yes! We hold permits for most parks across the DFW area. Just tell us your park when you book and we'll confirm availability.

8 consoles on 8 TVs — PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, a racing simulator, and VR — with 160+ games rated E to M. Most are multiplayer, so up to 25 players can game together at once. Inside: 2 PS5, 2 Xbox Series X, and 1 PS5 with a racing simulator and VR headset. Outside: 3 Nintendo Switch.

Kids can start young, but every player listens to a quick safety and instructions briefing from our staff first. For children 5 and under, a parent or guardian should be present to help supervise.

Yes — we bring game coaches to every event to run the games and keep things fun and under control. Any other entertainment provided by outside vendors should be supervised by the host.

To protect the electronics inside, no food, drinks, or gum are allowed in the truck. Feel free to set up food and cake outside — players naturally rotate in and out throughout the party.

You're welcome to serve alcohol at your event, but we reserve the right to pause or end the party if alcohol is consumed inside the truck. Illegal drugs are never permitted in or around the truck and will end the event immediately.

The truck is insulated and climate-controlled with both heat and A/C, so it's comfortable year-round. In unsafe conditions — lightning, high winds, flooding, heavy rain, snow, or ice — we may reschedule to keep everyone safe. If a major storm is forecast, contact us early and we'll arrange a new date together.

In the rare event that an unforeseen circumstance makes the truck unavailable for your booking, we'll refund 100% of your prepaid cost.
