By booking with Game Station On The Go LLC, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Deposit and Payment
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time. We accept credit and debit cards. The balance is automatically charged 24 hours before the event.
Cancellations and Weather
In case of severe weather (storms, strong winds, heavy rain, snow, or ice), we may reschedule your event for safety. If Game Station is unable to provide service due to circumstances on our end, we will refund 100% of the prepaid amount.
Bus Rules
No food, drinks, gum, or illegal drugs are allowed inside the bus. Alcohol is permitted at the event but we reserve the right to suspend service if consumed inside the bus. Children under 5 require parental supervision.
