Due to the unpredictable nature of the human response to virtual reality (dizziness, nausea, seizures, fear of heights, bumping into objects, etc.), the event host (contracting party) is required to sign this waiver, on behalf of all event participants, releasing Game Station On The Go from any liability regarding your (or event guests, your child/dependent/minor's) use of the Oculus 3, and/or any Game Station On The Go virtual reality and gaming equipment.
This waiver pertains to the party held at the event address on the scheduled date and time stated in your booking confirmation.
